March 22nd 2017 – Gender Equality and Reconciliation International (www.GRworld.org) conducted a workshop for many delegates from all over the world at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UN-CSW) in New York. The session was entitled “Breakthrough in Engaging Men as Allies for Women’s/Girls’ Rights”, and it showcased the success of the Gender Equity and Reconciliation methodology in working with women AND men for gender equality.

February 6th 2016 – The panel discussed the need for legal reforms in India with a particular focus on ‘Access to justice in India.’ Despite an increase in the number of lawyers in India, the number of people who do not have legal representation has been continuously increasing, and the importance of ensuring access to justice, national and state legal aid schemes, bringing law and technology together to address this gap (online delivery of legal services), pro-bono efforts by law firms, individual lawyers, judiciary etc.
