“I’m a true believer in the Law of Attraction… if you desire something unselfishly, the answer will present itself.”
Chaya’s positive attitude and unwavering determination to create a meaningful impact have been the driving forces behind her journey.
As Co-Founder, President & CEO of PamTen (www.pamten.com), an Inc. 5000, minority women-owned IT enterprise, Chaya built a global technology company from the ground up, with offices spanning the US, Canada, and India, serving Fortune 500 clients across pharma, financial services, insurance, and beyond. She established and led Business Process Management Centers of Excellence for large corporations, and has guided businesses through digital transformation, IT strategy, cybersecurity, and enterprise innovation for over two decades.
Not content to build one company, Chaya founded SMAC Apps (www.smacapps.ai), an AI-powered digital workforce platform redefining how businesses operate in the era of intelligent automation where human talent and AI agents work seamlessly side by side.
Deep in her conviction that technology must work for everyone, Chaya founded SheTek (www.shetek.net) in 2018, an initiative dedicated to building a pipeline of trained, job-ready women in tech. From classrooms to boardrooms, SheTek is closing the gender gap in one of the world’s most important industries.
And rooted in the personal pain of losing her own parents too soon, Chaya founded SOFKIN (www.sofkin.org), a nonprofit that provides loving homes, education, healthcare, and nurturing environments for 100+ underprivileged children in India and the United States. These children are not just supported; they are cherished.
Chaya holds an MBA and an Executive Education Certification from Harvard University, and has presented at Harvard Business School, the UN Commission on the Status of Women, and global stages across three continents. She is a Goldman Sachs 10KSB graduate, a recipient of the Athena Leadership Award, one of NJ’s Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs, and a proud board member of Gender Equity & Reconciliation International and NGO CSW/NY at the United Nations.
She has mentored dozens of women through formal and informal programs; because she knows firsthand the difference a single guiding voice can make.
Chaya believes that success is not measured by what you build, but by how many lives you transform along the way.
